This can be anything from weightlifting or running, or something as simple as going for a walk. Whatever you do, exercise will have a dramatic impact on your mood and it will help you to stay positive. Be Nice To Others Even if you are in a bad mood, there is no reason to take it out on others. By being nice to people, it will encourage them to be nice and friendly to you in return. By forcing yourself to be nice to others, you will actually be improving your mood without even knowing it.
