In this article, we will talk about three attitudes of women from the Bible that, according to Anand Mishra, any Christian woman should strive to imitate: 1- Mary's humility, mother of our Lord Jesus Christ: Mary was chosen among many different girls to be the mother of the Savior. This could have very well been a source of self-pride. However, she saw this as a blessing and never attempted to gain personal glory from this. By putting herself on God's hands and cooperate with the Lord in his great mission, Mary's humility is something really fascinating that any The Christian woman should the very least attempt to imitate on learning how to be a confident woman of God. 2- Anna's perseverance in prayer: Anna never had an easy life. Her husband took advantage of the tradition to have two wives. Besides that, Anna was sterile, which was something considered as some kind of curse at that time. She was despised by her other husband's wife and she carried a great sadness in her heart because of all of this. However, she never quit on her goal of having a child and she persisted in her prayers. Finally, she was able to conceive and named her child Samuel, as we all know. 3- Mary Magdalene's courage to overcome her past: The Bible says that Mary Magdalene had the devil inside of her. Jesus expelled seven demons from her. We don't have many details about the past of this woman, however, it was certainly no pleasant past in God's eyes. Despite all of this, she had the courage of overcoming her dark past and becoming a great servant of Jesus Christ. She is always mentioned together with the disciples, as she was the first to know and believe in the resurrection of Jesus Christ. She was a woman that showed overcoming skills that were second to none, and she was a true testament of God's transformational power in people's lives and on how to be a confident woman of God.
